Your MTM program is approved.

A CMS-approved MTM program is one of several required elements in the development of sponsors’ bids for program year CY 2020.  Any change in the status of your MTM program and / or your ability to comply with the MTM program requirements under §423.153(d) and the related CMS guidance could result in CMS not entering into a contract with you, terminating the contract, not renewing the contract, and/or imposing intermediate sanctions under subpart O of 42 CFR  Part 423.

Changes to your approved MTM program must be submitted to CMS for approval prior to the implementation of any changes. An attestation must also be submitted with your resubmission. Instructions for submitting change requests can be found in the annual Medication Therapy Management Guidance and Submission Instructions memo at www.cms.hhs.gov
